Dear Parents and Students,
Let me take the opportunity to share the joy with
you all that LA Higher Secondary School has
successfully completed the first year of its
operation. The overwhelming response from the
students, parents and stakeholders has proved that
the institution has taken commendable steps towards
filling the long felt gap of practical and quality
education in Business Study in the country.
Often parents, businessmen and industrialists
complain that students who have completed their
management study in Nepal are not able to perform
even basic tasks in the real practical life. With
the opening of LA Higher Secondary School, we have
made our attempt to produce competent world class
secondary school graduates who can fulfill the need
of the market. The tremendous response we have got
from all quarters in the very first year of its
operation is a proof of the rewards of our sincere
endeavor.
We draw on faculty expertise in leadership,
entrepreneurship, strategic management, knowledge
management, project management and their
professional experience in business to advance the
education of our students and develop business
knowledge. With a slogan of ‘Real Learning for Real
World,’ we are committed to engaging students in
learning processes that help them develop critical
thinking abilities, entrepreneurship, problem
solving skills, and a sense of social
responsibilities to ensure their success and
involvement in the complex and diverse real world in
which they live, work and contribute.
Since we have developed excellent relationships with
business enterprises, it provides opportunities not
only for employment for our school graduates but
also internships during the course. We conduct
various management training courses, organize
seminar workshops, send students for fieldworks,
enable them to write term papers and assign them
various projects involving them in the management of
all these activities. Thus, students can see and
experience how the theories they learn in the
classroom are put into practice.
With these few words, I would like to invite dear
parents and students to pay a visit to us, find what
we have to offer and know more about our future
plans and programs.
